How to Return

Customers' satisfaction is our unchanging goal. However, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition on the condition that our customer are not 100% satisfied with the items received. Just follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service representative to indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Drop off you package at the local post office.

4. As soon as we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. You have14 days to decide if an item is right for you. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Items worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way cannot be accepted.

3. Items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first cannot be accepted as returned items. The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.

4. Buyer takes in charge of return shipping cost.

Refunds

If you need to return the items, we will return the cost of clothes. The shipping fee you paid when placing an order are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service first time at service@VEDACHIC.com when you wish to return the items to a return address near to you. you will get back within 24 hours.

Note: We have to deduct the corresponding shipping cost of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package. Thanks for your understanding.

What if the item that I am interested in is sold out?

New items can be sold out rather quickly, but we may get more soon! Please contact our customer service via service@VEDACHIC.com and we will notify you as soon as the item becomes available again. Please include the best email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.

If the size on the tab is different from what I ordered, what should I do?

The size show on the website will be converted into international size before products are put on sale, which is standard and regular. Therefore, if you find that the size you get is not the same as shown on the website, don't panic and worry. That size we sent you is right. Put them on first and see how it turns out. If they don't fit you well, you can contact us to return the item.

Why the color of received clothing is a little bit different from the images that I saw at your site?

When we take the pictures of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customers.However, the camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a little color difference. Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.
